There are totally two methods by which you can file Trademark Registration Internationally.

• Separate Trademark Application before each foreign county: If you need protection in some country outside India, then we can file a direct Trademark Application before the Trademark office of that specific country by following the rules and procedures of that country.
• International Application under Madrid Protocol: You can file an International Trademark Application before the Indian Patent office by way of Madrid Protocal. The Indian patent office shall process the same and forward it to World Intellectual Property Office. The WIPO in-turn further transfers the same to the concern foreign country’s IP Office
